Bridget Herdman, AIA
With more than 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial architecture, Bridget Herdman is known for her high-touch approach, strategic design expertise, and deep understanding of the development process.
A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate (Class of 2002), Bridget launched her career in 1999 at a Southern California industrial architecture firm, where she honed her skills in large-scale project management, entitlements, and developer-driven design. In 2011, she founded Herdman Architecture + Design to bring a more hands-on, service-oriented approach to industrial, commercial, and office projects.
Today, she leads a growing team, working closely with developers to streamline projects, navigate approvals, and deliver modern, high-performance spaces that work as hard as the businesses inside them.
